Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. For a standard return, the product must be returned with its original packaging in good condition.

To start a return, email sales@usaaron.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please contact us before mailing a return so we can provide return instructions.

For a return due to a product quality issue, Vivicreate will cover the return shipping cost. For a return for another reason, such as an item you no longer want or an incorrect purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and include photos when possible.

After we receive and inspect a returned item, we will email you about the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider.
